Akar's chef Aidan Low brings diners deeper insight into Malaysia's culinary heritage through a four-hands collaboration with chef Elliot Lau in the month of July.

Classic yet modern, their crossroad cuisine at Akar will take inspiration from cultures all over, offering an exploration of local ingredients and flavours in a multi-course dinner. 

Expect an extensive menu showcasing local and international gems like “Dai Tao Har”, Mud Crabs, Kinmedai, Uni, Scallops, Caviar, and the like.
